With the help of my brother-in -law Brandon, we created Staging by Spiveyhomeco share our passion for transforming vacant houses into inviting homes here in beautiful Grays Harbor.

how it works

001.

Let your SRG agent know you would like to stage your home before putting it on the market. It’s a 1% fee paid out of closing and only if it closes which means not out of pocket!

002.

We will work with your agent and photographer to set up prior to being activated on the market. It stays for 30 day or passed inspection period before we remove it. You won’t need to lift a finger (or a couch).

003.

Removal and clean up happens after all the dirty showings leaving your home ready for it’s new owners. Once you sign documents at closing we will be officially complete!
