Looking for a team to come work on your home? From small room upgrades to more in-depth reworking of entire homes, we’re here for you! Here is a list of typically requested jobs.
Remodels: kitchen and bathroom remodels, new flooring, tile work and things of that nature.
Interior Repairs: Repairing or replacing drywall, ceilings, flooring, and interior trim.
Exterior Repairs: Fixing or replacing siding, roofing, gutters, and windows.
Painting: Interior and exterior paint jobs including touch up and repainting
Deck Installation and Repair: Building new decks or repairing and refinishing existing ones

the process
It’s pretty simple
Submit the work desired below and we’ll get back to you with any follow up questions within 48 hours and schedule an in-home consultation to finalize our estimate.
next steps
01. on site consultation
Going off of the information submitted, we will have you show us all the ideas and spaces you want to transform and go over any additional questions & details. After the initial visit, we’ll send over a final proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of the project
02. bid approval
Once the finalized bid has been approved, we will invoice for a 50% deposit to hold your project’s place on the schedule, order materials, and get all required items ready for your project’s start date. One week prior, we will be in communication, making sure everything is good to go.
03. it’s go time
We’re all about keeping things neat and tidy in our work environment. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop with regular updates on any findings or changes we come across. We’ll even snap some progress photos along the way and give you a heads up on the timeline. Our main goal? To make sure you’re involved and happy with throughout the process with little to no surprises and a fantastic end result.
04. We hope you love it
Once the project is compete we will do a final walkthrough with you to make any small modifications prior to close out. You will receive a final balance invoice and be able to enjoy your new space! All projects have a 12 month service warranty!
